ORDINANCE NO.20-03
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF SPRING PARK ZONING MAP
WITHIN THE CITY OF SPRING PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SPRING PARK ORDAINS:
Section 1. The Spring Park Zoning Map is hereby amended changing the zoning on the
following parcels from R-1 Single and Two Family Residential District to C-I General
Commercial District.
PID: 1711723310006 - — Gust S. Johnson's Addition Lot 20
PID: 1711723310007 — Gust S. Johnson's Addition Lot 21, Townsite of Langdon Park, Block
11, Lot 2.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall be in full force and effective immediately
following its passage and publication
Approved by the Spring Park City Council the 21" day of September, 2020.
