Erin just made the payment for the outstanding amount of $148.48 for permit #SP-2021-00082. The amount of $51.00 paid for SP2021-00078 has not yet been credited to permit 00082.
Can you apply the credit and let me know once this has been completed so I can apply the remaining payment?
Also, FYI – the total you provided to Erin is short by 1 penny 😊 – can you adjust the credit to $51.01 so the amounts tie out?

I sure hate to see you go, but I do understand wanting to be closer to your kids. Welcome, Jamie.
Yes, by all means feel free to forward all permit applications and documents to Lisa. She will discern if it is OTC or if it requires review. If it is OTC, she will enter it in Cityforce,
calculate fees and inspections, and email those forms over to Jamie. Jamie will then just need to contact the applicant to pick up the permit and pay the fees. IF the applicant wants
to wait for the permit, please email the information over and call Lisa so she knows to process immediately. I think it will go well😊
We would also like to come over and do some training. Next week, though, I am working remotely (going to see my grandbabies – at least in the evenings and week-end days) so we will
be a little light on staff. Maybe after the 16th – that way Jamie will have a good foundation. We will go in detail on the whole permit process start to finish and review Cityforce
if need be. Lisa can coordinate a date/time and Wendy or Tonia can join the meeting with the two of them.

Good morning,
Hope all is well. I wanted to let you know that I am leaving the City of Spring Park. It was not in my plan when I started here such a short time ago but an opportunity came up to move
North closer to my kids and I jumped at the chance.
My replacement started yesterday and we are doing some training on Cityforce and building permits but she has had limited experience as building permits are slow right now. Today is
my last day until the 14th, I am going to come back from the 14th – 16th to do some extra training with her. Her name is Jamie Hoffman, she will be using the same e-mail address, cityclerk@ci.spring-park.mn.us

Depending on what comes in and how comfortable she is would it be ok for her to send all building permits to MNSPECT (even OTC) until she receives more training when I come back on the
