RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE
PRESIDENTIAL NOMINATION PRIMARY OF MARCH 3, 2020,
STATE PRIMARY ELECTION OF AUGUST 11, 2020 AND
THE GENERAL ELECTION OF NOVEMBER 3, 2020
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has submitted for approval a list of Election Judges
(Exhibit A) to officiate at the Presidential Nomination Primary on March 3, 2020, State
Primary Election on August 11, 2020 and the General Election on November 3, 2020; and
WHEREAS, said list includes those individuals who have agreed to serve as an
Election Judge; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has the authority to add additional Election Judges and
make substitutions as necessary to maintain the required minimum staffing levels while
conducting the 2020 Presidential Nomination Primary, State Primary and General Elections.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Spring Park City Council hereby
approves the list of Election Judges, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A, to
officiate at the 2020 Presidential Nomination Primary, State Primary and General Elections.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Spring Park this 6`h day of January, 2020.
