ORDINANCE NO. 19 — 02
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE II, DIVISION 2 OF THE
SPRING PARK CITY CODE RELATING TO DOG LICENSES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SPRING PARK, MINNESOTA ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 8, Article II, Division 2 of the Spring Park City Code is repealed in
its entirety.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effective
immediately upon its passage and publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council of Spring Park this 161n day of September, 2019.
