ORDINANCE NO.19 —03
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, SECTION 13-40 OF THE SPRING PARK
CITY CODE RELATING TO MOBILE FOOD UNITS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SPRING PARK, MINNESOTA ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 13, Section 13-40 (1)(a) of the Spring Park City Code is amended as
follows:
(a) Mobile food units must be licensed by the Minnesota T,....,,...ment of Heal
Hennepin County Health Department and must adhere to state regulations for
food trucks as provided in the Minnesota Food Code, Minnesota Rules part
4626.1860, Mobile food establishments; seasonal temporary food stands; seasonal
permanent food stands. Evidence of the state county license must be provided to
the city as part of the local license application.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effective
immediately upon its passage and publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council of Spring Park this 161h day of September, 2019.
