RESOLUTION NO. 19-19
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR THE MCES 2017
INFLOW & INFILTRATION (I&I) PROGRAM APPROVING THE EXECUTION
OF THE GRANT AGREEMENT AND DISTRUBUTION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, The 2017 Municipal I&I Grant Program consists of $8.739M in bonding bill
funding for the purpose of providing grants to municipalities for capital improvements to public
infrastructure to mitigate I&I; and
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Spring Park, Minnesota
hereby approves the application for the 2017 I&I Grant Program and Agreement.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Spring Park this 4th day of November, 2019.
