RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CHAPTER 13 AND APPENDIX A OF THE SPRING PARK CITY CODE
REGARDING MOBILE FOOD UNIT REGULATION AND LICENSING AND
ASSOCIATED FEES
WHEREAS, on July 10, 2017 the Spring Park City Council adopted Ordinance No. 17-03 amending
Chapter 13 of the Spring Park City Code regarding mobile food unit regulation and licensing, and
Appendix A of the Spring Park City Code regarding mobile food unit license fees; and
WHEREAS, the Spring Park City Council has determined that the publication of the title and a summary
of Ordinance No. 17-03 would clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Spring Park City Council authorizes that the
following summary is hereby approved for official publication:

ASSOCIATED FEES
This summary of the ordinance is published pursuant to Minnesota Statue 331A.01, Subd. 10.
On July 10, 2017 the Spring Park City Council adopted Ordinance No. 17-03 amending Chapter 13 of the
Spring Park City Code regarding mobile food unit regulation and licensing, and Appendix A of the Spring
Park City Code regarding mobile food unit license fees.
This ordinance allows mobile food units (food trucks) to operate in Spring Park. The ordinance lists the
requirements for business licensing and regulations for operation including permitted locations, hours, and
associated fees.
Copies of the ordinances are available for public inspection in the City Clerk's office during normal
business hours or upon request by calling Spring Park City Hall at 952-471-9051.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Spring Park this 10th day of July 2017.
