APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE
• 2016 PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTIONS TO BE HELD
AUGUST 9 AND NOVEMBER 8, 2016
BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to Minnesota Election Laws 204B.21, Subd.2, the following
persons are appointed as election judges for the Primary Election to be held on August 9, 2016
and the General Election to be held on November 8, 2016.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Spring Park City Council does hereby allow the Elections
Administrator to make substitution to the above slate of judges as necessary to maintain the
required minimum and fill vacancies if needed.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Spring Park, Minnesota, at a regular meeting held on
July 5, 2016.
