A SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE 16-05 AMENDING APPENDIX A TO
THE SPRING PARK CITY CODE — SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 17, 2016, Ordinance No. 16-05 to
amend Appendix A to the City Code regarding the City's Schedule of Fees and Charges was
adopted by the City Council of Spring Park, Minnesota. Due to the length of the ordinance, the
following summary ordinance has been prepared for publication.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the City's Fee Schedule was amended to add the
following annual fees:
License fee for Taproom, growler off -sale - $100.00
License fee for Taproom, on -sale - $2,000.00
No other changes were made.
ADOPTED by the City Council of Spring Park, Minnesota this 20 day of October, 2016
