A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION AND DECLARING A COUNCIL VACANCY
WHEREAS, Bruce Williamson has been duly elected Mayor for a term ending December 31,
2016, and;
WHEREAS, Bruce Williamson has tendered a formal resignation dated January 5, 2015 for his
current council position, which had a four year term ending December 31, 2016.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council accepts the resignation of
councilmember Bruce Williamson and declares a vacancy on the City Council to be filled by
appointment as the term is less than two years.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SPRING PARK THIS 5th DAY OF
JANUARY , 2015.
