RESOLUTION 14-04
DATES OF MEETINGS, HOLIDAYS & OFFICE HOURS
WHEREAS, the City of Spring Park has established a program of dates for Council meetings,
Planning Commission and committee meetings; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has appointed Commissioners and committee members to represent
the City as a recommending body; and
WHEREAS, the meetings and committees will meet on specific dates as listed; and
WHEREAS, if these meetings and committee dates are changed unless listed below, they will be
announced at regular Council meetings;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Spring Park that the
following dates are designated for the purpose of such meetings:
1. Council Meetings will be held on the first and third Monday of each month at the Spring Park
City Hall at 7:30 p.m. unless they fall on a legal holiday in which case they will meet on the
• succeeding day. Those days in 2014 are January 21st, February 17th and September 2nd.
2. Council study sessions will be held the fourth Monday of the month at 7 p.m. unless they fall on
2 legal holiday in which case they will meet on the succeeding day. Those days in 2014 are May

3. Planning Commission Meetings will be held on the second Wednesday of each month at the
Spring Park City Hall at 7 p.m.
4. Administrative Committee Meetings will be held on the second Wednesday of each month and
time and place will be announced at regular Council meetings.
5. Police Commission Meetings will be held the second Tuesday of even numbered months,
(February, April, June, August, October, December) and time and place will be announced at
regular Council Meetings.
6. Fire Commission Meetings will typically be held quarterly and time and place will be announced
at regular Council Meetings.
7. Normal City office hours will be M-F 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Summer hours will be M-Thurs 7:30
a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays 7:30 — 11:30 a.m. starting the Monday before Memorial Day weekend
and ending the Friday before Labor Day weekend.

•NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Spring Park
that on the following holidays the office will be closed in 2014:
January 1, Wednesday, New Year's Day
January 20, Monday, Martin Luther King's Day
February 17, Monday, Presidents Day
May 26, Monday, Memorial Day
July 4, Friday, Independence Day
September 1, Monday, Labor Day
November 11, Tuesday, Veteran's Day
November 27, Thursday, Thanksgiving and
November 28, Friday, (swap for Columbus Day)
December 25, Thursday, Christmas
December 26th, Friday, (floating holiday)
