RESOLUTION 14-26
A RESOLUTION ORDERING A STREET IMPROVEMENT ON WEST ARM ROAD
EAST
WHEREAS, the City of Spring Park, Minnesota has expressed a desire to make
improvements to West Arm Road East; and
WHEREAS, the City, in accordance with its assessment policy will pay 75% of the cost
for street improvements, and assess 25% of the cost to adjoining affected properties; and
WHEREAS, the City has completed a feasibility report, which has found the project both
beneficial and feasible; and
WHEREAS, the City has held a public (improvement) hearing on November 10, 2014, at
which time affected property owners were given the opportunity to provide comments and have
their questions answered.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the City Council of Spring Park, Minnesota does
• hereby order a street improvement to the public portion of West Arm Road East.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Spring Park this 151h day of December, 2014.
