RESOLUTION 14-27
A RESOLUTION FINDING NO RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PROPOSED STREET
IMPROVEMENT AND COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Spring Park, Minnesota has reviewed the proposed street
improvement to West Arm Road East; and
WHEREAS, the City has found that the proposed improvement does not conflict with the
City's comprehensive plan; and
WHEREAS, the City has found that the proposed improvement has no relationship to the
City's comprehensive plan; and
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the City Council of Spring Park, Minnesota does
hereby find that the proposed street improvement to West Arm Road East does not have a
relationship to the City's comprehensive plan, and therefore does not require review by the
Spring Park Planning Commission.
