RESOLUTION 14-28
A RESOLUTION ORDERING A STREET IMPROVEMENT ON WEST ARM ROAD
CENTRAL
WHEREAS, the City o ng Park, Minnesota has expressed a desire to m
improvements to the public portion West Arm Road Central; and "00"
WHEREAS, the City, in accordan with its assessment policy w' ay 75% of the cost
for street improvements, and assess 25% of cost to adjoining affeo& properties; and
WHEREAS, the City has completed a
beneficial and feasible; and
has found the project both
WHEREAS, the City has held /public(impr me earing on July 21, 2014, at which
time affected property owners were giy to pr a comments and have their
questions answered.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVCouncil of Spring rk, Minnesota does
hereby order a street improvement to tof West Arm Road tral.
Adopted by the City Council o e City of Spring Park this 15t' day of December, 2014.
