IMPROVEMENT AND COMPREHENSIVE P
't WHEREAS, the of Spring Park, Minnesota has revie d the proposed street
improvement to the public fftign of West Arm Road Central;
WHEREAS, the City has foun hat the proposed i rovement does not conflict with the
City's comprehensive plan; and
WHEREAS, the City has found that the sed improvement has no relationship to the
City's comprehensive plan; and
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED t the City ncil of Spring Park, Minnesota does
hereby find that the proposed street impro ment to the pub ortion of West Arm Road
Central does not have a relationship to t City's comprehensiv Ian, and therefore does not
require review by the Spring Park PI ing Commission.
