ESTABLISHING ORDER OF BUSINESS AND A
TIME FOR REGULAR COUNCIL MEETINGS AND
MONTHLY STUDY SESSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SPRING PARK THAT:
The business of the City Council shall be conducted in the following order:

Roll Call

Introductions
4.
Pledge of Allegiance
5.
Adopt Agenda
6.
Adopt Consent Agenda
7.
Public Forum

Presentations & Guest Speakers

Petitions, Requests, Applications

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT effective with the date hereof, the Council shall meet regularly on the
first and third Monday of each month to conduct such business, except when such date falls on a legal
holiday, whereupon the Council shall meet on the day succeeding the legal holiday. The place and hour of
the meeting shall be at City Hall at 7:30 p.m. unless due notice to the contrary has been served.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT effective with the date hereof, the Council shall meet regularly on the
fourth Monday of each month to conduct a study session except when such date falls on a legal holiday,
whereupon the Council shall meet on the day succeeding the legal holiday. The place and hour of the
meeting shall be in the City Hall at 7 p.m. unless due notice to the contrary has been served.
