RESOLUTION 13-19
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED 2014 BUDGET FOR THE
LAKE MINNETONKA COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Lake Minnetonka Communications Commission (LMCC) provides
telecommunication services to the Lake Minnetonka area; and
WHEREAS, per the joint powers agreement among the cities served by the LMCC
requires approval of the proposed budget; and
WHEREAS, the LMCC has submitted the proposed 2014 budget to the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
That the City of Spring Park approves and supports the LMCC proposed 2014
budget.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Spring Park, Minnesota on October 7, 2013.
