RESOLUTION 12-08
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY REPLACEMENT
OF THE CITY OF SPRING PARK'S APPOINTEE
TO THE LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City of Spring Park appoints a resident to represent the City on
the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District; and
WHEREAS, Representative Roger Swanson will temporarily be unable to serve
on the board; and
WHEREAS, the City of Spring Park as permitted under MN Stat. 10313.61,
wishes to appoint a temporary replacement to serve for January and February, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of Spring
Park temporarily rescinds the appointment of Roger Swanson as the City of Spring Park
• representative on the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District and hereby appoints
Council Member Gary Hughes for the duration of Swanson's absence.
