RESOLUTION 12-12
CONGRATULATING THE CITY OF MOUND
ON 100 YEARS
WHEREAS, on January 12, 1912 the Village of Mound was incorporated;
and,
WHEREAS, throughout those 100 years, the City of Mound has continued
to prosper and thrive due to its commitment and determination; and,
WHEREAS, throughout those years the City of Mound has seen growth,
annexation, prosperity, natural disasters, rebuilding and redevelopment.
IsNOW, THEREFORE, through the passage of this resolution and placement of the
congratulatory message in the Mound Centennial booklet the City Council and
residents of Spring Park wish to acknowledge and congratulate the City of Mound
for their first 100 years and for their continued future success.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SPRING PARK ON THIS
DAY OF MAY, 2012.
