Resolution - 12-15: Absentee Ballot Election Judges• • 0 RESOLUTION NO 2012-15 APPOINTING ABSENTEE BALLOT BOARD ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE AUGUST 14, 2012 PRIMARY ELECTION AND THE NOVEMBER 6, 2012 GENERAL ELECTION WHEREAS, Minnesota Election Law 20413.21 requires that persons serving as election judges be appointed by the Council at least 25 days before the election. BE IT RESOLVED by the Spring Park Ci ty Council that the individuals named on Exhibit A, and on file in the office of the City Clerk be appointed as the City of Spring Park Absentee Ballot Board Election Judges for the August 14, 2012 Primary Election and the November 6, 2012 General Election; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Spring Park City Council also appoints other individuals and all members appointed to the Hennepin County Absentee Ballot Board as authorized under Minn. Stat. 204B.21, subd. 2 under the direction of the Election Manager to serve as members of the Spring Park Absentee Ballot Board; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is with this, authorized to make any substitutions or additions as deemed necessary.
