Correspondence - 4100 Spring Street - 10/18/202110/18/2021 SPRING PARK On Lake Mnneonk Lakeview Lofts Attn: Skingevity Med Spa 4100 Spring Street Spring Park, MN 55384 RE: Spring Park Sign Code Enforcement Dear Property Owner and / or Property Manager: On behalf of the City of Spring Park, we are writing to notify you of one or more violations of the City's Code, specifically Chapter 10: Building Regulations and Signs. On October 12, 2021 City staff conducted a site inspection (see attached picture) which revealed that the following nuisance conditions exist: 1. Temporary signs still in use beyond the approved duration. Per Section 10-94 (p)2c temporary sign permits are only allowable for a maximum duration of 90 days per calendar year.. Corrective actions to address these conditions must be completed by Friday, October 22. Please note that the aforementioned conditions are a violation of City Code Chapter 10, and as violations, they may be enforced through administrative citations as described in Chapter 1 of the Spring Park City Code. Administrative citations start with a monetary fine of $100 for a first offense and increase with each subsequent offense to a maximum of $250 for a third offense (all subsequent fines beyond the third will be at the $250 amount). Also note that the issuance of an administrative citation does not limit the City from pursuing legal or City -led abatement remedies if you fail to comply.
