RE: Met Council SAC Determination
Dear Joel and John:
As required by the Met Council, I submitted for their review the building permit
application and building plans for two recent build -outs, Napa Auto and Renovocom.
Enclosed you will see their determination for both build outs. The SAC charges for
2010, when these building permits were applied for is $2,100 per each unit.
Admittedly, I am not very schooled on SAC determinations. I just know that we are
required to forward specific building permit applications for their review. If you have
further questions, I would ask that you contact the Met Council directly. Their contact
information is supplied on their enclosed letterhead.
Please send us your check for $2,100 made out to the City of Spring Park so we can
comply with the Metropolitan Council's findings for Renovocom located at 4290
Shoreline Drive.
