Dear Mr. and Mrs. Mason:
By way of introduction, I am the Interim City Administrator of Spring Park as of mid -January 2022. 1 have over 40 years
of experience in municipal and regional government. I am attaching a one -page resume to avoid a longer than needed
discussion here. As you will note, this is the second time I have served as Interim in Spring Park.
I wanted to follow up with the activities at your house over the past week or two and what we might expect going
forward. I am told that two vehicles have been moved from the site. I would like to thank you for accomplishing this in
a timely manner. There are some other items on the site that need attention, per the court order and the
understanding provided by the former Administrator. Those items appear to be frozen for the time being. However,
once they can be moved, it is expected they will be removed from the site, relocated on the site, or stored in an
enclosed accessory building.
Clean Up Day is schedule for May 14, 2022, you should consider taking advantage of this event at no cost to the
participants.
I have been out of the country since the end of January and will be returning within the next few weeks. Upon my
return, I will be in Spring Park City Hall as of February 28th. Please free to call City Hall if you choose to do so and we can
have an in -person meeting and/or conversation.
In the meantime, I will put on my calendar to have a conversation about this matter sometime around the first week in
April.
Sincerely,
Jim Brimeyer
Interim City Administrator
