The additional SAC units will increase the baseline value which may reduce or eliminate future Industrial Capacity Charges (ICC); at each reporting period, discharge flow is compared to the baseline and any overage is billed ICC. If the full 7 SAC are not paid at the time of the original building permit issuance by the City, the business may be subject to ICC at the time of the industrial permit reporting period. MCES Industrial Waste will be in contact with the business to discuss the industrial waste permit and ICC.
