1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 12:00p.m.

Council Member's Jeff Hoffman, Mark Chase, and Gary Hughes were present. Council Member Hor-
ton and Mayor Rockvam were absent
City Staff Present: City Administrator Tolsma, Interim City Administrator Brimeyer
External Attendees: David Drown Associates
2. ADOPT MEETING AGENDA
Council Member Hoffman motioned, being seconded by Council Member Chase to adopt the meeting
agenda as presented. On vote being taken, the motion was unanimously approved.
3. NEW BUSINESS & COMMUNICATIONS -
a. City Administrator Search Proposal - David Drown Associates reviewed with
Council and Staff the process and timeline for the search for a new Administrator.
Discussion was had. DDA will put together a candidate profile and timeline and present to
Council on 2/22/22.
Council Member Hoffman motioned, being seconded by Council Member Chase to accept the search
proposal from David Drown Associates. On vote being taken, the motion was unanimously ap-
proved.
b. Black Lake Road Update and Discussion - discussion will be moved to the Work Session
schedule for 2/22/22.
4. MISCELLANEOUS (INFORMATION ONLY) - none
5. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further discussion, Council Member Chase motioned, being seconded by Council Mem-
ber Hoffman to adjourn the meeting. On vote being taken, the motion was unanimously approved.
