CITY COUNCIL MINUTES

1. CALL TO ORDER
The continued meeting was called to order at 6:00p.m.
Council Member's Mark Chase and Gary Hughes were present. Council Members' Horton and Hoff-
man were absent. Mayor Jerome P. Rockvam was present via teleconference.
Staff Present: Interim City Administrator Brimeyer, Liza from Search Firm DDA
2. ADMINISTRATOR SEARCH DISCUSSION - Continued from 2-22-2022 Regular Council Meeting:
Interim Administrator Brimeyer and Council reviewed the Administrator Search Profile and recom-
mended changes with Liza from DDA and updates were made based on that review.Council Member
Chase brought forward the discussion on salary. Mayor Rockvam wants someone with government
experience and wants the position to have a broader salary range. Council Member Chase recom-
mended a salary range of$85,000 -$105,000. Mayor Rockvam and Council Member Hughes agreed.
Council Member Chase motioned, being seconded by Mayor Rockvam, to accept the changes to the pro-
posal and recommended salary range for the Administrator position. On vote being taken, the motion
was unanimously approved.
3. ADJOURNMENT
At 6:18PM, Council Member Chase motioned, being seconded by Council Member Hughes to adjourn
the 2/22/2022 meeting that was continued on Tuesday March 1, 202Z, at 6:00PM.
On vote being taken, the motion was unanimously approved.
