P.O.Box Victoria, MN 55386 Scope: The project consists of plumbing in a new plumbing forwash sink.The plumbing consists of a new drain,waste, vent,water piping and installation of three compartment sinks,hand sink,two floor drains.This building is served with an existing municipal sewer and water. The plans for the project named above have been reviewed for substantial compliance with the Minnesota Plumbing Code,as amended, apply, and do not cover the water supply or sewage system to which this plumbing system is connected.The review is limited to the design and data on which the design is based are correct, and that necessary legal authority has been obtained to constructthe project. The responsibilityforthe design of structural features and the efficiency of equipment must be taken by the project designer.Approval is contingent upon satisfactory disposition of any requirements included in this report. Inspection:All plumbing installations must be tested and inspected in accordance with the requirements of the Minnesota Plumbing Code as specified in the Minnesota Plumbing Code 4715.2820,4715.2820 Sub.2 and Sub.3.
