ADJOURNMENT / -- SPRING PARK On Lake 5lvlinnetonka To: Plan Commission From: Interim Administrator Subject: Agenda Items 6:10 Kathleen Terryll will be at city hall at 6:00 to be interviewed for the vacancy on the Commission. Not sure if the Commission has a standard format for interviewing and/or a list of topics they would like to address. If you would like some assistance/guidance on that, let me know and I can put something together before the meeting. 6:30 Discussion on Short Term Rental. This is on the Council agenda for Monday, March 7th. The intent is to have Council revisit this issue and provide some more thoughts/insights on this issue. I plan to share that with the Commission at the meeting. 6:50 This is on the agenda at the request of Commissioner Mason. I am not sure, but I believe there has been some discussion on providing signage at the city's three locations. In sorting through the files here I found an email from A La Carte Creative Group. The plaques have been designed and the city has paid that invoice. They will be manufactured when a boulder of appropriate size and shape has been selected. Given my extensive background in "boulder evaluation and selection", I would hope to do that within a week or two. 7:00 Believe this was on the January agenda and there was not a meeting in February.
