Per the zoning requirements for the City of Spring Park you are required to apply for a fence permit. The requirements for a permit submission include a site survey, fence details such as height, materials, fence design and photos of the proposed location. Please refer to the Spring Park Code of Ordinances, Chapter 42 —Zoning/Shoreland Ordinance Section 42-64 for the requirements of height, location, and setbacks. Please contact the city to request a zoning application and submit within 10 days of the date of this letter. Until the zoning permit application is reviewed, and the permit is issued, work on the project must cease.
