A RESOLUT ON AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF SPRING PARK TO ENTER A
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE MI, NESOTA DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Nural Resources wishes to cooperate with the
City of Spring Park to provide public water aet'ess on Lake Minnetonka; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department'of Natural Resources and local governments are
authorized by Minnesota Statutes 'Sections 471.59 to enter into agreements to jointly or
cooperatively exercise common power,and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota De
Ortmentof Natural Resources and the City of Spring Park
desire to cooperate in the replacement of tl ,e boat ramp at the public water access on Lake
Minnetonka on Sunset Drive in,Spring Park.
NOW THEREFORE B19 IT RESOLVED, the, of City of Spring Park is authorized to
enter into a Cooperative Agreement with the State.of Minnesota Department of Natural
Resources. f,
