The design of the wood, concrete, and connections are based on a maximum roof snow load of 35 PSF and an occupancy live load of 40 PSF.All footings shall bear on natural undisturbed soil or on compacted granular fill. In lieu of soil borings, footings have been designed for a maximum soil bearing pressure of 1500 PSF. It is the responsibility of others to verify that bearing capacity. Notes: 1.
