SPECIAL WORK SESSION MINUTES

1. 5:00: Presentation: Olsen Global—The Yacht Club Project
Councils for both sides debated on whether a letter from the applicant's attorney should be allowed
or not as it was submitted outside of the Council packet posting timeline. Discussion was had.
City Attorney Tietjen clarified for Council that the letter is purely informational and not
evidentiary. Council motioned to allow the letter to be read. Olson Global's representation
recapped the letter for Council and Olson Global conducted their presentation of the Yacht Club.
2. 6:00: Council Discussion: Ordinance 22-04: C4 Zoning Amendments
City Planner Brixius provided a recapped summary of The Yacht Project and clarified details
regarding the amendment to the C4 Zoning and the Conditional Use Permits for each additional
use requested by the applicant. Discussion was had. City Planner Brixius made three
recommendations for Olson Global to take for next steps of which they agreed.
