Re: In re the Matter of the Application of Thomas P Raisbeck, Kristen K Anderson to Register
the Title to Certain Land
Dear Ms. Schyma:
I am an applicant in a Land Registration Proceeding in Hennepin County seeking to register
certain land described in the enclosed Land Title Summons. I am also a Minnesota licensed
attorney and representing myself in this matter. The Hennepin County Examiner of Titles has
identified the City of Spring Park as a proper party in this matter. Enclosed is a Land Title
Summons and Acknowledgment of Service by mail. As a courtesy, I am asking that you as the
City Clerk acknowledge service rather than requiring personal service by a process server. As the
enclosed acknowledgement of service states, by acknowledging service the City is not agreeing
to anything other than the receipt of the Land Title Summons. If the City wishes to file a
response to the Land Title Summons the deadlines to do so are set forth in the enclosed
acknowledgment of service and in the Summons. Please feel free to contact me if you have any
questions. A return envelope with postage is also enclosed for your convenience as well as an
extra copy of the Acknowledgment of Service by Mail for your records.
Sincerely,
Thomas Rai ck
