A RESOLUTION OF THE SPRING PARK CITY COUNCIL
SETTING UTILITY RATES
WHEREAS, The Spring Park City Council establishes utility rates by resolution; and
WHEREAS,utility rates have been reviewed in light of the budgetary needs for the water
and sewer utilities; and
WHEREAS,utility rates for City of Spring Park utility accounts are being increased to
better reflect our infrastructure needs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Spring Park that the utility
rates shall be amended as set forth in Attachment A for years 2023-2025.
This resolution shall become effective upon its passage without publication.
This rate structure will be implemented effective with all utility charges payable and due
on each Utility bill due beginning the first Quarter in 2023.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Spring Park this 7t'day of November,
2022.
