AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 ENVIRONMENT,ARTICLE IV
NUISANCES, SECTION 18-181 (DEFINITIONS) PERTAINING TO THE
DEFINITION OF HOOP HOUSE SPRING PARK CITY CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SPRING PARK,MINNESOTA
ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 18-181 (Definitions) of Article IV (Nuisances) of Chapter 18
(Environment) is hereby amended to delete the strikeouts and add the underlined language to read
as follows:
