ORDINANCE NO. 23-02
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 36: TELECOMMUNICATIONS OF THE
SPRING PARK CITY CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SPRING PARK,MINNESOTA
ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 36-47;Location of Facilities of the Spring Park City Code is hereby amended to
add a new paragraph (d) to read as follows:
(d)Joint trenching.All facilities shall be placed in appropriate portions of right-a-way so to cause
minimum conflict with other underground Facilities. When technically appropriate and no safety
hazards are created, all utilities shall be installed, constructed or placed within the same trench.
Notwithstanding the foregoing,gas and electric lines shall be placed in conformance with Minnesota
Rules Pt. 7819.5100, subdivision 2, Governing Safety Standards.
2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effective immediately upon its
passage and publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council of Spring Park this 20`' day of March,2023.
