Approval: The plans for the project named above have been reviewed for substantial compliance with the 2015 Minnesota State Plumbing Code and do not cover the water supply or sewage system to which this plumbing system is connected. The review Is limited to the design submitted; and assumes the information on which the design is based is correct, and that necessary legal authority has been obtained to construct the project. The responsibility for the design of structural features and the efficiency of equipment must be taken by the project designer. Approval Is contingent upon satisfactory disposition of any requirements included in this report. Inspections: All plumbing installations must be tested and inspected in accordance with the requirements of the Minnesota State Plumbing Code as specified in the Minnesota Rules, parts 4714.103 .5 through 4714. 103.8.
