The highlighted item below references “per City.” The note was made by Lisa and punctuation was not her strength 😊, but as hardcover requirements are a zoning issue, my best interpretation
would be that when the permit was first issued in 2021, someone at the City asked us to make a note that the final hardcover must be verified/approved by the City before the CO is issued.
The building code requirements have all been met, so the CO is good to go from our side.

* 4467 - “Site Hardcover restriction per City-approval must be received prior to Final Inspection/issuance of CO”
* 4469 - “Contractor has to replace curb and blacktop in the road - PRIOR to getting CO - Dug into road to get slope to main with sewer service work.”

Looks like we missed noting that the final re-inspections on these two have been completed, so I’ve attached the final COs ready for City approval. I have put the CO Issued workflow
step in your name so that you can mark them complete once the COs have been issued to the owner.
4467 has a note that “Site Hardcover restriction per City-approval must be received prior to Final Inspection/issuance of CO”
And 4469 has a note that “Contractor has to replace curb and blacktop in the road - PRIOR to getting CO - Dug into road to get slope to main with sewer service work.”
I would guess that this means these need to be confirmed by Public Works and/or Zoning before signing/issuing the CO.
