Correspondence - 4469 Lafayette Lane - 10/23/2023 (10)Hi Jamie, Looks like we missed noting that the final re-inspections on these two have been completed, so I’ve attached the final COs ready for City approval. I have put the CO Issued workflow step in your name so that you can mark them complete once the COs have been issued to the owner. 4467 has a note that “Site Hardcover restriction per City-approval must be received prior to Final Inspection/issuance of CO” And 4469 has a note that “Contractor has to replace curb and blacktop in the road - PRIOR to getting CO - Dug into road to get slope to main with sewer service work.” I would guess that this means these need to be confirmed by Public Works and/or Zoning before signing/issuing the CO.
