Hi Lori – good morning and happy Monday!
Please review the attached Site Checklist and Survey from the building permit. These are the requirements that need to be met prior to the CO being issued.
Properties that are over the groundcover of 30% can be allowed to go to 40% per code as long as they install a stormwater management system (see city code chapter 42).
We need to verify the setbacks and groundcover prior to issuing the CO. Can WSB get this accomplished and provide your findings? Once we receive and can validate, they have been met,
Mike can sign the CO.
Hi DJ – happy Monday 😊 - can you please confirm that the curb and blacktop in the road has been replaced? Assume you will connect with the contractor to get this done or do you want
Mike to coordinate? Let us know please.

I can certainly ask for an as-built on this property so the final hard cover can be determined. Typically an as-built is required prior to CO. Does this mean and as-built was not received

The notes on the CO from the Inspector are as follows:
* 4467 - “Site Hardcover restriction per City-approval must be received prior to Final Inspection/issuance of CO”
* 4469 - “Contractor has to replace curb and blacktop in the road - PRIOR to getting CO - Dug into road to get slope to main with sewer service work.”
Can you address these issues and provide your approval once each has been satisfactorily completed?

Looks like we missed noting that the final re-inspections on these two have been completed, so I’ve attached the final COs ready for City approval. I have put the CO Issued workflow
step in your name so that you can mark them complete once the COs have been issued to the owner.
4467 has a note that “Site Hardcover restriction per City-approval must be received prior to Final Inspection/issuance of CO”
And 4469 has a note that “Contractor has to replace curb and blacktop in the road - PRIOR to getting CO - Dug into road to get slope to main with sewer service work.”
I would guess that this means these need to be confirmed by Public Works and/or Zoning before signing/issuing the CO.
