The City of Spring Park has an outstanding permit from Midland HVAC that has not been paid for. The fee is $527.58 and
can be paid by check or online at www.i)avmentservicenetwork.com or by calling 1-877-885-7968.
Can you please advise when you will be paying for this permit? It is way past due and we will be placing a lien on the
property if it does not get paid timely. We will also place a contractor notice not to accept permit applications from
Midland until this gets cleared up.
