At this time your application is incomplete for the following reasons: 1. Please list all materials used on the existing home and new addition on the elevations that have been provided. 2. Please have the proposed garage shown on the survey with all setbacks clearly shown on the survey, and this includes the proposed deck and garage. 3. Please provide impervious surface percentages before and after the proposed garage addition and deck addition. This was spelled out in the previous engineering memo that was sent. Please submit the above listed items in order to be placed on a future Planning Commission agenda.
