Variance Requests
Dear Brent:
This letter acknowledges receipt of your application to the City of Spring Park
on April 3, 2023, your resubmittal dated May 15, 2023 and your resubmittal
dated November 9, 2023 for the following variances: a 9-foot variance to the
30-foot front yard building setback and a 6-foot variance to the 10-foot side
yard building setback. At this time your application is incomplete for the
following reasons:
1. Please list all materials used on the existing home and new addition on
the elevations that have been provided.
2. Please have the proposed garage shown on the survey with all setbacks
clearly shown on the survey, and this includes the proposed deck and
garage.
3. Please provide impervious surface percentages before and after the
proposed garage addition and deck addition. This was spelled out in
the previous engineering memo that was sent.
Please submit the above listed items in order to be placed on a future Planning
Commission agenda. The application submittal dates are provided at this link:
