DECLARING VACANCY FOR THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR
WHEREAS, the City of Spring Park City Council is declaring a vacancy for the Office of the
Mayor due to the passing of Mayor Jerome P. "Jerry" Rockvam effective March 17, 2024.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Spring Park,
County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota that the City Council declared that a vacancy exists
in the office of the mayor effective March 17, 2024.
WHEREON this 25rh day of March, 2024, the Acting Mayor declared said Resolution passed
and adopted.
