Water pipe and fittings materials shall conform to the requirements of Table 604.1. The joints and connections of the pipe and fittings shall conform to the requirements of 4714.605.0. 3. The water meter(s) shall be installed in accordance to the requirements of 4714.609,12. 4. Supports and hangers for the piping to be installed shall conform to the requirements of Table 313.3. 5. Plastic and copper pipes penetrating framing members to within 1 inch of the exposed framing shall be protected by steel nail plates as required in 4714.312.9. 6. Piping penetrating fire rated walls, partitions, floors, ceilings, roof/ceilings, or shafts shall be protected in conformance with the Building Code, as required in 4714.312.7. 7. Any modification to existing piping will require prior approval and a plan review. 8. The plans and specifications were prepared by a licensed master plumber. The plumber who has prepared these plans is the only one who can use these plans for construction.
