NOVEMBER 13, 2024 – 5:00 PM
SPRING PARK CITY HALL
1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
Council Present: Mayor Hoffman, Council Member’s Rimolde, Sippel, and Chase. Council Member Horton
was absent.
Staff Present: City Administrator Anderson
2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Council Member Sippel motioned, being seconded by Council Member Chase, to approve the agenda as presented. On vote being
taken, the motion was unanimously approved.
3. CONSENT AGENDA
a. Resolution 24-22: Declaring Results of the General Election, November 5, 2024
b. Approving Abstract of Votes Cast
Council Member Sippel motioned, being seconded by Council Member Chase, to approve Resolution 24-22: Declaring the
Results of the General Election, November 5, 2024 and the Abstract of Votes Cast. On vote being taken, the motion was
unanimously approved.
4. ACTION AGENDA: no action required.
5. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further discussion, Council Member Rimolde motioned, being seconded by Council Member Chase, to adjourn
the meeting at 5:01p.m. On vote being taken, the motion was unanimously approved.
