Attached is the letter from the attorney that was sent to Council. They are all BBC’d on this email for open meeting law purposes.
Based on the current status, 3845 appears to be in compliance with the Ordinances and using an R1 property as allowed. At this time, no affirmative enforcement actions are necessary.
Staff will continue standard follow‑ups associated with active permits and monitor for compliance. The Council acknowledges staff findings and attorney review and requests that any
future noise complaints or concerns be directed to the Police Department for documentation and follow-up by staff as needed.
