To Whom It May Concern,
On July 29th, 2026, a commercial mechanical permit was issued to “change out a chiller and condenser” at the above referenced property. Please be advised that per Minnesota Rules, Chapter
1300.0120 Subp.12, Permit 26SP-00064 has been revoked “The building official may suspend or revoke a permit issued under the code if the permit is issued in error; on the basis of
incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information; or in violation of any ordinance or regulation of the code.”
Due to the extensive nature of the work that was done, it has been determined that the scope of work that was provided was inaccurate and the following additional information needs to
be submitted:
Engineered calculations for equipment sizing
Engineered design for balanced system
Required alterations for engineered design
Please be advised of the following:
MN Rules, Chapter 1300.0120: “An owner or authorized agent who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish, or change the occupancy of a building or structure or cause
any such work to be done, shall first make application to the building official and obtain the required permit.”
MN Rules, Chapter 1300.0140: “It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to erect, construct, alter, extend, repair, move, remove, demolish, or occupy any building, structure,
or equipment regulated by the code, or cause any of those actions, in conflict with or in violation of the code.”
