1. 5:00: Bond Sale Discussion – Bruce Kimmel (Ehlers):
Bruce Kimmel from Ehlers reviewed the bond issue for $4.8M and the repair, maintenance, and
improvement projects it will cover such as the Sunset Drive project (water/sewer infrastructure and
undergrounding of utilities), lift station repairs/replacement, and water tower reconditioning.
2. 5:30: Commissioner Edelson – County Update:
Commissioner Edelson provided an update on the county in regard to the 2026 Budget, state and federal
platforms and challenges, the status of HCMC, county highlights, and Spring Park area projects.
3. 5:55: Sunset Drive Update:
John Morast, City Engineer, Moore Engineering provided an update on the Sunset Drive project and the
undergrounding of utilities schedule.
4. 6:00: Adjourn
There being no further discussion, the work session was adjourned at 6:08pm.
