WORK SESSION MINUTES

1. 5:30: Cameron Porter – Planning Commission Vacancy
Cameron introduced himself and shared his background, excitement, and vision to be in Spring Park and
part of the Planning Commission.
2. 5:55: Miscellaneous
Administrator Anderson said he had a pre-con meeting with the utility companies on May 20, 2026 to
review the status of the construction start date on Sunset.
3. 6:00: Adjourn
After no further discussion, the work session was adjourned at 6:00.
