Hi Brady —
I'm the contract city planner for the city of Spring Park. I need the following information in order to evaluate the
building permit:
1. Fence details including type of fence, height, length, materials.
2. Information about the new dormer —to ensure height regulations are being followed.
3. To have lot coverage between 30% and 40%, you will need to provide for the collection and treatment
of stormwater on site. To discuss these requirements in more depth, you will need to work with the City
Engineer, Chris Bunders, who has been copied on this email.
Once we get the additional information we will continue review. If you have any questions, please reach
out. Thanks.

Seth,
After reviewing the materials submitted, my team updated the calcs and reviewed the standards. The standard
says its 1" per impervious area added. Following the 1" per impervious area, then we need about 155 cf based on
the on that rule (the rain garden is currently 103 cf). It also states that if the impervious is increasing, we just need
to show there is no adverse effect on water resources and infrastructure. Based on the results, we are removing
pollutants shown in the results image.
That being said if you can increase the size of the rain garden to 155cf that would cover you for the 1" of impervious
area. Please send over a updated drawing showing this so I can officially sign off on this from Moore's point of
view.
Thanks,
Chris Bunders, PE
